Most Sanctuary Living products are crafted and finished in small batches, with careful quality checks before dispatch. Because of this, orders are usually dispatched within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro cities: 3–4 business days
- Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days
Overall, you can expect your order to reach you within 14-20 business days, depending on your location, courier timelines, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
At Sanctuary Living, most of our products are handcrafted, and we follow an exchange-first policy to ensure quality and reduce waste. We do not offer cash refunds.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged beyond repair, incorrect, or incomplete. In such cases, customers may opt for an exchange or store credit, subject to verification.
All requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid proof.

Products & Quality
We’re very particular about the materials we work with. Most of our products are made using linen and cotton, along with cotton velvet and micro-velvet for select designs.
You’ll find:
- Linen and cotton bases — printed, dyed, embroidered, or textured
- Soft cotton velvet and micro-velvet for a richer feel
- Quilts and pre-filled cushions filled with recycled, eco-friendly microfibre
We choose these fabrics for how they feel, age, and last, which is reflected in the quality and pricing of our products.
We photograph real products and try our best to show colours as close to real life as possible.
That said, colour can behave a little differently depending on lighting and screen settings, so slight variations are completely natural.

Most of our cushions are sold as covers only, unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
We also offer a separate range of pre-filled cushions, which are indicated on the product page.
Fillers can be purchased separately if needed.
Each product comes with its own care instructions, but as a general rule, gentle care goes a long way. We usually recommend:
- Gentle cold wash or dry clean
- Mild detergent only
- No bleach or harsh chemicals
- Line dry or dry flat
- Steam or warm iron on the reverse, if needed
Since many of our products feature hand-painted designs, digital prints, embroidery, and dyeing, gentle care will help preserve colour and texture over time.

We make conscious choices wherever possible.
Our products are crafted using natural fabrics like cotton and linen, and we use recycled microfibre fillings for select items such as quilts and pre-filled cushions. Many of our designs are made in small batches, helping us reduce excess production and waste.
