Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and have their original tags and labels intact.
Sale and discounted products are considered final sale. They can only be exchanged in case of receiving damaged or incorrect products.
Customised and made-to-order products can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged.

Most of our cushions are sold as covers only, unless clearly mentioned otherwise. Pre-filled cushions are indicated on the product page, and fillers can be purchased separately if needed.

Love the product! The styling services provided by the team is free and I picked up a few table mats, table napkins and rings to prepare an entire set along with the table cover. The table cover, napkins are cost effective but the linen mats are quite expensive, even though I love the colours and embroidery is quite nice, solid yet nice. What stole the show were the napkin rings, all of my friends loved them. The package arrived quite late as expected but I am glad it arrived before the house party. The packaging was safe and nice too.
A good combination to buy. I was only planning to buy table cover but the team helped me out pick up a few napkins and napkins rings and now the look seems complete. I have used this product for my house warming and all the colours go with my hours colours. Thanks to the team for helping me out. I got this delivered on a urgent basis and received the products in two days!
