Shipping & Delivery

Products that are Ready to Ship (marked on the product page) are dispatched within 2–3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and have their original tags and labels intact.

Sale and discounted products are considered final sale. They can only be exchanged in case of receiving damaged or incorrect products.
Customised and made-to-order products can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged.

DOES THIS PRODUCT COME WITH FILLERS?
Most of our cushions are sold as covers only, unless clearly mentioned otherwise. Pre-filled cushions are indicated on the product page, and fillers can be purchased separately if needed.

ARE THE COLOURS EXACTLY THE SAME AS SHOWN ONLINE?
We photograph real products and aim to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric texture.
