We want you to love what you receive. Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and have their original tags and labels intact.
Sale and discounted products are final sale and cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged in case of damage.
Customised and made-to-order products can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged.
