Shipping
Sanctuary Living takes special care of packaging and shipping. Apart from a unique shopping experience, we also strive to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We ship all across India.
We believe that the journey is as important as the destination. We don't rush the products that you receive, so we've made it a priority to deliver you a quality product. The dispatch time for domestic orders is 10 - 14 business days.
We ship through courier companies registered with Shiprocket for orders within India and through DHL Express for international orders.

In case you do not receive an order despite the status shown as "Delivered" on the tracking ID of the order, you can raise the concern with us within 72 hours of delivery.

Returns & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
After you have received the product, we give you 15 days to be sure and if you’re still unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. The products can be exchanged for the same or higher value. If you choose to delay your purchase, we can issue you a credit note for the same amount, which will be valid for 6 months. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder before the credit note expires, because we know humans forget about many things and simply need to be reminded.
Kindly be aware, the credit note will not include the shipping costs levied at the time of purchase.
Discounted & customized items can be returned or exchanged only in case if the product is damaged.

Most of our cushions are sold as covers only, unless clearly mentioned otherwise. Pre-filled cushions are indicated on the product page, and fillers can be purchased separately if needed.
ARE THE COLOURS EXACTLY THE SAME AS SHOWN ONLINE?
We photograph real products and aim to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric texture.

The fabrics feel good quality and the embroidery is nicely done. The zippers work smoothly and everything was packed carefully. I have washed the linen one once and the lines softened beautifully which makes it even nicer to use. They look great on my sofa and make the corner feel really cozy.
Was scrolling for something different for my sofa and this combo just worked. The floral cushion has a very soft, subtle look and the fern green one gives it a nice contrast. Doesn’t look overdone, just very clean and tasteful.
The blush cushion looks very calming and the ivory hand-painted one feels very premium. The bolster has lovely stitched details. Didn’t expect it to look this good in real life. Makes my sofa feel so cozy.
